An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending 31st December 2018, not exceeding in the aggregate seven billion, two hundred and thirty-three million, five hundred and thirteen thousand, eight hundred and sixty-six kwacha.
