An Act to amend the Higher Education Act.

Amends: ss 2, 6, 12, 14, 17, 19, 22, 24, 28, 29, 30, 32, 36, 37, 38, 52, First, Second and Third Schedules.
Subs: ss 3, 7, 11, 20, 23, 41 and 46.
Inserts: ss 20A, 20B, 20C, 22A, 38A, 39A, 39B, 39C and Part IVA (ss 23A-23J).
General Amendment: The Act is amended by the deletion of the words “Bursar”, “Librarian” and “Tribunal” wherever the words appear and the substitution therefor of the words “Chief Financial Officer”, “Chief Librarian” and “Disciplinary Committee”, respectively.
