AN ACT
to make provision for the appointment of Commissioners for Oaths
[6th January, 1939]

This Act may be cited as the Commissioners for Oaths Act.
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“Deputy Registrar” means a Deputy Registrar of the High Court;
“Registrar” means the Registrar of the High Court.
