PART I
PRELIMINARY

1. Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Disaster Management (National Disaster Management Council) Regulations, 2012.

2. Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires

"Council"  means the National Disaster Management Council established under the Act; and

"sub-committee"  means a sub-committee of the Council established under regulation 4.
