An Act to amend the Mines and Minerals Act.

Date of Commencement: 18th December, 2020.

Amends: s 89.

General Amendment: Act is amended by the deletion of the words “Metal Bulletin” wherever the words appear and the substitution therefor of the words “Fastmarkets MB”.
